How long before we see results?

How does this work with cold email?

What do we need to provide?

We analyze all of it, build the content matrix, and highlight the gaps. You create the missing content with our guidance. The more you give us, the stronger the system becomes.
Does the email loop get stale?
No. At 2 emails/week, the 32+ piece loop takes about 4 months to complete. When it restarts, enough time has passed that nobody remembers email #1. Content also gets refreshed based on engagement data - underperforming pieces get replaced. Every 12 months, we run a list clean to ask inactive subscribers if they want to continue.
What tech stack do you use?
We're flexible on the specific tool, but we have one requirement: it needs a full API. We manage automations, scoring, segmentation, and integrations remotely through our deployment software - so the platform has to support that. Most modern tools do (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, etc.). If yours doesn't, or you're starting from zero, we set everything up for you.
